Bryan’s Lawn Maintenance & Landscape, Inc.
Bryan's Lawn Maintenance & Landscape started as a grass-cutting business, but has evolved into about as a talented a team of high-end landscapers as you are going to find in the Midlands. Hard work, versatility and an impeccable attention to detail are the keys to their success. Outdoor kitchens, pondless water features,
pool houses, modern hardscape, and fire pits – Bryan Starnes and Mike Ward have completed numerous aesthetically beautiful projects throughout the Midlands.
The defining characteristic of this business is how focused Bryan and Mike are on the end result: a happy customer.
"We recognize that we are in the service industry." says Bryan. "We work hard to go the extra mile for our customers. We want to go to sleep at night comfortable that our customers are happy with the company that they chose to build their backyard. You have to stay humble in business, be accommodating and try to make everything happen. Our goal is to create customers for life."
"The best part of our job is to see the look on our customer's faces as they walk out into their new backyard for the first time," says Mike. "Backyards have become such an extension of our homes these days that it is critical to integrate elements of the home into the design."
Bryan and Mike offer a turnkey solution to planning your landscaping or hardscaping project. No matter what you can imagine, "Our goal is to create customers for life."
Bryan's Lawn & Landscaping can get it done. Their job is to implement and turn your vision into a reality. Because the projects are so customized, Starnes and Ward are directly involved in the entire process from initial design consultation, to completion, and maintenance. All the construction aspects of the job from tiling, to stonemasonry, to brick masonry – are handled directly by Bryan's Lawn Maintenance & Landscape. They take enormous pride in the consultative and collaborative process involved in completing large scale projects.
"The best part for me is earning our client's trust and friendship," says Ward. "They are paying for our opinion so we involve them every step of the way, day in and day out."
Currently about 70% of their business is residential work and the rest commercial. Bryan's work can be seen in some of the area's most desirable neighborhoods, including Ascot, Hope Ferry Estates, and Spence's Plantation. Perhaps the biggest testimony to the quality of their work and their service can be summed up by the following two words: repeat customers.
