Colliers Keenan's offices in Columbia, Greenville and Charleston have adopted the name Colliers International. By adopting the new Colliers International market position and brand, including a new logo, the firm will have a more seamless brand across the Colliers network.
While maintaining local ownership, the consolidation under a single brand signifies the firm's commitment to providing clients with seamless access to a complete set of real estate services, whether they require those in South Carolina or around the world. The strategic integration of our business and the launch of our branding campaign not only announces to the industry that we are committed to delivering best-in-class service, but also that we are a single enterprise with a market leading platform.
"The transition from Colliers Keenan to Colliers International is not simply about a new look and feel," said John W. Folsom, President and CEO of Colliers Keenan. "It is more about the completion of our integration into a truly global platform with a breadth and depth of services that will enable us to meet every one of our clients' commercial real estate needs, whether it is in South Carolina or on the other side of the world. While we will maintain local ownership, we feel that it today's global economy it is more important than ever to have a network of peers from around the world through which to conduct business."
"In addition to our many local clients, we now do work with clients around the country," said Woody Moore, Executive Vice President of Colliers Keenan. "While we are giving up a name that has been a part of our community for more than 100 years, the legacy of Walter Keenan and the Keenan family will remain. Who and what we are in South Carolina is not changing, but in conjunction with the expanded Colliers International platform, we now have the opportunity to participate in a much broader market, with greater recognition outside of our local communities."
"Colliers International is focused on accelerating success—for our clients, for our people and for our communities," said Douglas Frye, global president and CEO of Colliers International.
