Blues-n-Blue Art Festival
Call for Artists - Juried Art Show. A celebration of the performing and visual arts for the Midlands.
COLUMBIA, SC - November 5th, 6th and 7th, 2010 - 300 Senate Street - A Music and Art Festival on 3 Acres of land including four buildings with an outdoor Music Stage. Sponsor tents and food & beverage tents will be located on the grounds. Artists may show originals and print materials.

FREE BOOTH! with Sponsorship and ALL artists will be indoors!!!
Artists will gain exposure with potential for a high volume of sales, due to extensive advertising of event.
All art displayed and secured in two buildings for convenience, climate control and 24 hour security.
Up to 38 Midlands artists will be juried in.
All application Artists will receive a weekend pass ($20 Value), regardless of acceptance to exhibit.
Live Blues and Jazz Music will be performed Outdoors during Show Hours
Show Dates and Hours:
Friday - November 5th - 12 noon till 10 PM
Saturday - November 6th - 10 AM - 9 PM
Sunday - November 7th - 1 PM till 6 PM
Booth size: 10ʼ x 10ʼ exhibition space with three draped walls.
Artist Sponsors: Individual sponsors for each artist will be donating a $175 fee to non-profit Long Living Foundation. Long Living Foundation supports and donates to the Foundation for the Commission of the Blind. Artists may be self-sponsored or ask the Blues-in-Blue Festival to secure sponsorship. All sponsors should check with their accountant for all tax benefits of the donation. For a sponsorship application, click here.
Jury Process: (Juror to be announced)
Artist Due Date for Jurying: September 17, 2010
Jury Fee: $10 - Due with Artist Application
Notification: Artists will be notified by September 17th, 2010 of jury process via email. Self-sponsored artists will submit $175 fee by Oct 15. Artists seeking sponsorship from the festival must indicate when notified of acceptance.
Submission: All artists to provide a CD of at least 5 samples of work and artists bio to: Blues-in-Blue Festival, 709 Woodrow St., #510, Columbia, SC 29205 by September 1, 2010
Show Set Up:
Thursday Evening , Nov. 4th from 5 PM till 10 PM
and Friday Morning, Nov. 5th from 8 AM till 11 AM
Show Take Down:
Sunday Evening, Nov. 7th from 6:30 PM till 9 PM
