Human Resources Professional of the Year to be Honored in Columbia

WHO:             The South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and the South Carolina State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) will honor a record number of nominees, culminating with the announcement of the 2010 Human Resources Professional of the Year, presented by Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart PC (Greenville, Columbia and Charleston offices).

The evening's keynote address is "Building Positive Attitude…Boosting Client Connection," by Russ Bell. An Orangeburg, S.C. native, Bell will share his insight on building the foundation of a positive attitude. He has two degrees from the University of South Carolina, a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Masters in Public Health. Bell has enjoyed a career that has spanned the commercial banking and senior housing industries.
