Richland County and Partners Gear Up for Water Festival
At Riverfront Park on August 25th
COLUMBIA, SC - Richland County along with the City of Columbia and Lexington County are currently promoting the up-coming Summer Celebration of Water taking place at Riverfront Park on August, 25th. The free event is an opportunity for citizens to learn more about clean water initiatives, and have some fun with friends and family.
The promotion of the event spans several types of media including print, billboards, radio and television. All elements for the promotion are being created in-house at Richland County’s Public Information Office. The television commercial, now airing on Time Warner Cable, is a significant departure from typical event promotions due to its childish and irreverent humor. Keep an eye out for the promotions and let us know what you think.
