Meet Me @ the Plaza Coming in September
What: Meet Me @ the Plaza on Main
Place: Corner of Main and Hampton Streets in downtown Columbia
Time: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
When: Thursdays, September 6; October, 4; and November, 1
Meet me at the Plaza will begin September 6 and will be held from 11:30 – 1:30. It will occur the first Thursdays in September through November of this year and resume the first Thursdays during March-November, 2013.
During the series, Boyd Plaza in front of the Columbia Museum of Art, will be filled with tables and seating where people can enjoy a nice lunch outside (unless it’s raining).
Music will consist of a potpourri of jazz styles produced by Dick Goodwin.
Downtown restaurants will either serve food on the Plaza or offer specials that day.
