Hubbard Joins DESA as Construction Manager

COLUMBIA, SC - September 1, 2010 - Gary M. Hubbard, PE has recently joined DESA, Inc. as Construction Manager, where he will direct the company’s water and sewer projects.
With over 28 years of engineering experience, Hubbard’s career has been dedicated to developing common sense cost effective design and operational solutions for public and private sector projects. His diverse experience includes every facet of municipal water and wastewater systems from initial planning, conceptual design, project funding with grants, revenue bonds and general obligation bonds, detailed design, project construction, hands on design/build projects, systems startup, systems operation/maintenance and administration/management of systems.
