Matt Mungo Assumes New Role

COLUMBIA, SC -September 1, 2010 - The Mungo family of companies is pleased to announce that Matt Mungo has assumed the role of Vice President. Matt began his career with the Mungo Companies as a young teenager and represents the third generation in the Mungo family business.
Matt’s function as vice president will be to seek out opportunities for new land positions in the Greater Columbia area. His current focus has been to identify, research and pursue lots in already developed neighborhoods that may have been abandoned by other developers and builders due to the tough economic climate.
Matt is a Licensed Home Builder, a member of the Greater Columbia Home Builders Association, serves on the board of the Central South Carolina Chapter of the American Red Cross and the Columbia/Charleston Better Business Bureau.
A native of Irmo, South Carolina, Matt is a graduate of Wofford College.
