Two Investment Sales Completed in Columbia, South Carolina

COLUMBIA, SC - March 11, 2010 - Colliers Keenan agent Frank Cason has brokered the sale of an 11,000-square-foot student housing complex, consisting of three buildings and seven units, at 630 Pickens Street in downtown Columbia, South Carolina. N&F Properties, a local investment group, purchased the property for $1.05 million.
Agents Frank Cason, Craig Waites and Henry Moore brokered the sale of a 10,000-square-foot office building at 2442 Devine Street. Finnja, LLC purchased the property for a sales price of $1.29 million. The office building will be the new home of McDonnell Law Firm.
