EagleEye Analytics Appoints Dan Carmichael to Its Board of Directors

COLUMBIA, SC - November 12, 2009 - EagleEye Analytics, the leading provider of world class predictive analytics solutions to the property and casualty insurance industry, announced today that it has appointed Dan R. Carmichael, CPCU to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Carmichael is Chairman of the Board of Platinum Underwriters Holdings, a Bermuda holding company for property & casualty reinsurance companies. He is also a director of Alleghany Corporation and Dovetail Insurance. Additionally, Mr. Carmichael serves on: the Advisory Council of Proudfoot Consulting, a global operational consultancy firm and the Insurance Advisory Board of FirstMark Capital, a private equity firm. From December 2000 to 2007 Mr. Carmichael served as President and CEO of Ohio Casualty Corporation where he was responsible for restoring the company's financial strength and performance which ultimately led to its sale to Liberty Mutual in 2007 for $2.9 billion. Prior to joining Ohio Casualty, from 1995 until the end of 2000, Mr. Carmichael was President and CEO of IVANS, Inc., a privately held industry-owned organization that provides electronic communications services to insurance and health care organizations. Prior to his tenure at IVANS, he served over eight years as Chairman, President and CEO of Anthem Casualty Insurance Group (a.k.a. The Shelby Insurance Company).
