COLUMBIA, SC - October 25, 2012 - Tom Milliken, Sr., and Tombo Milliken, both members of NAI Avant’s Brokerage Team, recently brokered the sale of 800 acres in Clarendon County, South Carolina.
The property fronts Highway 301 and K.W. Hodge Road in Summerton. The property, purchased by Taw Caw Farms, LLC, includes 300 acres of open farm land, 200 acres of drip irrigation (farm to market) and 500 acres of timberland. Tom and Tombo represented the seller in the transaction valued at $2,007,960.
