Mike Edwards Represents Sale of Lease at 900 Senate Street

COLUMBIA, SC - July 12, 2012 - Grubb & Ellis | Wilson Kibler announces that Mike Edwards represented the interest of Columbia Ribs, LLC doing business as Damons, in the transfer of their lease interest in the property at 900 Senate Street to the University of South Carolina Alumni Association. The City of Columbia sold the property to the Alumni Association last month, however Damons still had a significant term remaining on their lease.
The Alumni Association intends to convert the site into a 60,000 square foot Alumni Center with a projected completion date in 2014.
