COLUMBIA, SC - July 06, 2012 - Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. announced that Reginald W. Belcher has been named one of the top corporate employment attorneys in the nation for 2012 by Human Resource Executive® Magazine and Lawdragon.com. Belcher is recognized as one of the top “40 Up-and-Comers” for his exemplary work in the labor and employment law field.  This list recognizes accomplished employment lawyers, like Belcher, who are likely to rank in the top 100 of the most powerful employment attorneys in the country in the near future.

“On behalf of the firm, I’m pleased that Reggie has been recognized for attaining this high degree of recognition and professional achievement,” said Edward W. Laney, IV, Chief Executive Officer of Turner Padget. “His outstanding skills and expertise, as well as his constant drive for excellence, have created a successful employment law practice and also greatly enhanced the quality of legal services provided by the firm.”

He has twice been named a South Carolina Super Lawyer for labor and employment law.

This competition, now in its fifth year, involved an exhaustive selection process handled jointly by Human Resource Executive, which goes out to more than 75,000 top-ranking human resource executives, and Lawdragon, a networking site used by more than 300,000 leading lawyers and judges throughout the United States. All attorneys were selected for inclusion on the basis of evaluations by clients and peers, curriculum-vitae analyses, and reporting by the Lawdragon staff.
